DOCO develops and supplies a wide range of high-quality components and systems for the private and industrial sectional door sector. Flatbed: Your complete garage door system in one box
The concept of a flatbed is simple: a sturdy box with all the fittings you need to build your garage door system, tailor-made and ready to install. All you have to add are your panels and the drive.
Flatbeds are made entirely of cardboard and are not only robust and environmentally friendly, but also stackable to achieve maximum truck capacity. This makes them an all-in-one solution for garage door professionals.

Our showroom has a separate training room where we can completely or partially assemble a door. There we offer theoretical and practical training to support you in all areas of our industry.

Sustainability begins with optimization
Focus on sustainability in transport and logistics
DOCO International is consistently committed to sustainability, starting with transport. DOCO has several LEAN projects underway that aim to minimize packaging and increase transport volume per shipment. Many of our shipments are consolidated to reduce waste. To this end, for example, the design of our cardboard boxes (flatbed) has been optimized for maximum transport efficiency.
Internally, we also focus on sustainability wherever possible. Our internal means of transport are fully electric, and our company vehicles are hybrid or electric. In addition, all buildings are equipped with LED lighting and time and motion sensors to avoid unnecessary energy consumption. In our warehouses, waste is carefully separated and we are constantly working to minimize material waste. In the offices and canteens, we have introduced deposit containers in which employees can donate cans to charity. We have reusable drinking bottles and coffee cups available for the consumption of water and hot drinks, including for the truck drivers.
At product level, we focus on sustainability by developing thermally optimized side seals and products for 60 mm panels that minimize the U-value of our garage doors. Wherever possible, we have introduced wood-free packaging, with a sustainable and stable cardboard playing the main role. Cardboard boxes are not only easy to store, but also easy to recycle, thus minimizing our ecological footprint.
