Trade fair visits
Trade fair visits are an integral part of the training
As a trainee with us, you will have the chance to gain an insight into trade fair life. You will be involved in the preparations and organization of customer service, which you will then partially take over during the trade fair. You can work in various areas such as customer service, catering or at the information desk. This experience will enable you to get to know both the customers and the employees better. A particular highlight at trade fairs are the special customer events organized by the SOMMER Group.

Training
Training and courses
At the start of your training, you will take part in a product training course to familiarize yourself with the products and their properties right from the start. This will make it easier for you to get started and allow you to quickly immerse yourself in your tasks. During your training period, you will regularly have the opportunity to refresh and expand your knowledge. We offer various training courses, including first aid courses, Excel courses and other continuing education measures that will help you to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Trainee trips
Every year at the start of the new training year, a trainee trip takes place to help them get to know each other better. The community is strengthened through various group activities and targeted teamwork. The trip is carried out together with the trainees from all companies within the group and their trainers in order to get closer to each other within the entire group.
